Google Notebook gets a new look and its been extremely handy now. It is no longer in beta and has a multi-lingual support. The UI has better usability and is much more clear now than the previous one. Now you can add comments to the notes and even export it to Google Docs.
Last but not the least use a Firefox extension to easily add/organize ur notes.
